By creating an account you agree to use this application only for its intended purpose: recording cash-in, cash-out, load, bank transfer, and bills payment transactions and tracking the associated balances and fees.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the transactions you record and for keeping your password confidential. Accounts are personal; do not share your credentials.

The application is provided as-is, without warranty. The operator is not liable for financial losses arising from recorded data, missed entries, or service interruptions.

Administrators may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.

Storemate is a back-office record-keeping tool (like a digital sales notebook, not a cash register or POS terminal) designed to help Philippine small businesses record cash-in, cash-out, load sales, bank transfers, and bills payments, and track the associated balances and fees. It is not a BIR-accredited POS or an official receipt issuance system. Store owners remain responsible for complying with applicable BIR regulations.
